Torque Release Technique

“I am very excited to have found Torque Release Technique (TRT). It’s the most specific and effective technique that I have used and allows me to practice with certainty.

Through a series of tests, I am able to pinpoint the exact location of vertebral subluxations that needs to be adjusted. At any given time, we all have about 10 subluxations or blockages working. But at any one time there is only one primary subluxations.

If you get the primary subluxation, the nine secondary subluxations clear. With this system, I can find the primary every time. Each adjustment is laser-focused. It’s like getting 10 adjustments, but undergoing only one adjustment.”

Custom-Made Foot Orthotics

Believe it or not, our feet, and the dynamics of our gait (how we walk), have a major impact on our spinal health and the health of our knees, hips and even jaw. Foot pronation is a condition where the ankles roll in excessively, creating an excessive or imbalanced torsion that translate to the knees, hips, back, neck and jaw. Foot supination is a condition where the foot rolls out. Ninety-five percent of people with one of these problems over-pronate, rather than over-supinate

If you’re experiencing issues like uneven wear on the outer edge of your shoe heel, callouses on the side of your big toe, or notice your big toe angling inward, you may be showing signs of foot pronation. Other indicators include bunions, knocked knees, feet that flare out when you stand or walk (often more on one side), and callouses under the pad of your forefoot. Pronation can also contribute to forward head posture, medial knee pain, plantar fasciitis, and even chronic low back pain or TMJ (jaw) problems. In some cases, it may be linked to scoliosis due to the imbalanced transmission of forces from the feet up through the body. Custom-made foot orthotics can help correct these issues at their foundation.
